The Aperol spritz certainly hit the spot. Moreover, the standard of food was even better.
Not only was the service extraordinarily efficient and friendly (and thank you Loanne for working so very hard!) and the quality of the food was absolutely wonderful.
Okay, they may not be able to offer a vast menu every day, but what you get is honest, good quality and extremely well-cooked food.
We had the Steak Bleu which was perfectly prepared with the Mayard effect giving excellent flavour on the outside but cooked blue to perfection and very warm inside. This is no mean feet!
As pictured, my wife’s aioli was exceptional. The cod was cooked beautifully as were the vegetables.
I’ve written this review with some reluctance, in case this establishment becomes too popular!
Très bon accueil , idem pour le service . Bonnes bières pression . Délicieuse épaule d'agneau confite , bonnes frites . Excellent pour déjeuner avec les amis .
