Hello, personally I do not understand the opinions of Margot who is supposed to be in the restaurant business as well as Santiago. Personally, being a real restaurateur myself, I can send my diplomas to support this. Having been in this restaurant today, I was well received, I did not taste the foie gras escalope, however you should not take a so-called “gastric” sauce if you do not want acidity. On the other hand, having taken the cassoulet I don't see where you saw a cook opening a box 😂 nevertheless sous-vide unlike I can hear it can be seen that cooking is practiced sous-vide. Personally, I would like to thank this establishment once again for its welcome and its taste. Restaurant where I have been going for years with my parents so my support for the people working there for having to put up with this kind of destructive comment 👍🏻.

Points (+): - excellent welcome, whether on the phone for reservations or on site - very pretty room inside, small terrace outside - small rillette and toasted bread offered - beautiful, diversified menu and divinely good meals! - even children have a suitable menu (dish for €5) / (dessert dish for €8). (The pollack with the vegetables was delicious according to the child) - quality service ! We even come to pick up the little crumbs on the table - very good wine advice - Very very clean toilet (and it smells really good!)! Points (-): You are not in Paris! Too bad 🤣!!! Un service digne d'un restaurant gastronomique pour des prix abordables et une amabilité rarement Vue. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Bon petit resto, bon rapport qualité prix. On ne trouve plus beaucoup de resto à moins de 20 euros le midi avec entrée-plat-dessert. Service et personnel à l'écoute: on était pressé et notre voeu d'être servis rapidement a été exhaussé.

Comme toujours, tout est parfait. Nous avons passé une soirée très agréable pour l anniversaires de mon frère marqué par une très gentille intention de la direction et qui en fût de même à une autre table. La cuisine est maison avec des produits frais et de grande qualité travailler par la brigade de cuisine sous la direction du propriétaire. Le foie gras maison est toujours aussi délicieux. La carte change régulièrement, nous faisant découvrir des mets succulents. La pavlova et ses fruits frais est une merveille. Je recommande. Le service est d une qualité et d une amabilité irréprochable. Tout est fait pour le bien être du client et sa satisfaction. Le restaurant est toujours complet, ce qui prouve que c est une adresse incontournable de Laval depuis 1992.
