I had the best birthday ever. I want to thank Jean-Philippe, Cyril, and Dominique, as well as the entire team, for a truly royal 56th birthday meal. An incredible tasting menu, extraordinary flavors, and delicious wines. I'm speechless with delight. Thank you all, it was a truly wonderful experience, full of culinary and human discoveries. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
