€1.50 for a regular shrimp (€9.50 for 6), €1 for a large one (€9.50 for 9)...it's outrageous! Nice setting, mediocre hygiene, decent service, all out of season. The oysters are excellent; be warned, the #2s are as good as #1s in Bordeaux. Plump, with a hint of hazelnut, not too briny...a delight. Offering stuffed oysters (paupiettes), sausages, or even pâté would be interesting to accompany the oysters prepared in the Bordeaux style. Provided, of course, that the small jar doesn't cost €13!! Idea: Trou d'Aquitaine: Colonel style, local gin, and oyster ice cream. Tasted in an oyster shack on Île de Ré, excellent! Even as a dessert!

A wonderful discovery, eagerly anticipated for months (visiting the website!), in the evening without the sunset ⛅ but an excellent experience nonetheless: a warm welcome from Nico with love for our dog 🐶, and perfect service from the ever-smiling Mathilde. A flawless tasting experience: fresh and delicious oysters 🦪 and clams, pork terrine with Espelette pepper (which we highly recommend) paired with an excellent Entre-deux-Mers wine. 🍸 And above all, for us, among the small and large creatures, the company of the port's fishermen who came begging for a few crumbs... a truly relaxing and peaceful moment, "out of time," just the way we like it! 💕 A big thank you to Mathilde and Nico with whom we were able to share "oysters" at the end of service; it was a very pleasant exchange, something you don't always experience with staff everywhere. 🤗 We were looking for the perfect oyster, and we found it: "Blue" 🦪
