We were lucky enough to participate in a "Challenge Your Taste Buds" evening. The team was fantastic, from the kitchen to the dining room! Special mention to Maloé for organizing and hosting the event! We discovered new dishes and wines in a fun and friendly atmosphere (even for a wine novice like me 😃, a great experience). We'd love to do it again! 🤩

We had another wonderful time at the wine and food tasting evening. A big thank you to the girls for the organization and a special mention to Maloé for sharing her wine knowledge with us. As always, David and his team treated us to a delicious meal.

A wonderful evening at Défie tes papilles last Friday. I highly recommend it! A very well-organized event by a young sommelier. We learned so much while tasting delicious food! And a great atmosphere! Bravo!

Le Petit Saint Thomas was the caterer for our wedding at Domaine de la Chopinière in Sainte-Cécile. David, Magali, Sarah, and all the waiters and waitresses were incredible! Sarah provided excellent advice and guidance for two years, helping us choose the menu and all the additional elements we needed. David is a truly extraordinary chef! He adapted the menu we had chosen to accommodate each of our guests' allergies. And Magali perfectly orchestrated the day with all the waiters and waitresses, who were super professional and very welcoming. The whole team is truly amazing, and we loved having them with us for the day! All our guests loved the cocktail hour, the meal, and the service! If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely choose them again! Agathe and Matthias
