I've been a customer of this excellent artisanal bakery for years. There are two things to highlight. The first is the friendliness of the staff. Two charming young women with a rare kindness. Always smiling, helpful, efficient, and kind—a real treat. That's important. It makes you want to come back, if only for their smiles. The second thing, and it's a shame it's not more widely known, is that they make the BEST Galette des Rois (King Cake) with frangipane in Paris. Flavorful, delicious, generously filled with frangipane, and with exceptional puff pastry. And, to top it all off, at a more than reasonable price. Their "Oranais" pastries are also the best. Yet, I'm extremely demanding when it comes to quality. It's a pastry that's hard to find, but so delicious! Needless to say, I highly recommend this establishment. When everything is good, it's worth saying so. Try it! You won't regret it…
