Le Phare sur Ouistreham

09/08/2026: The order took a long time even though staff members went ahead of us. The staff's friendliness needs improvement. They didn't even bother to say goodbye, even though several employees walked right past us as we were leaving the establishment.

07/08/2026: We had already visited this restaurant once before and absolutely loved the experience; it was fantastic, which made us want to come back. However, we were quite disappointed this time. A concert was scheduled for that evening, and we weren't informed of it when we made the reservation. We came with our 3-month-old baby, and the noise level was unfortunately very high for such a young child. We completely understand that a concert might be organized, but we simply would have appreciated being informed when we made the reservation so we could have chosen a more suitable date. Furthermore, our burgers arrived cold. Given the volume of the music and the situation with our baby, we preferred to eat quickly without complaining at the time. It's a real shame because our first experience had been excellent, and we had very fond memories of the establishment. We hope that these comments will be taken into account, particularly regarding informing customers when a noisy event is planned.
