Excellent first experience of Lebanese cuisine! Le Phénicien is a charming little restaurant located in the city center. The service is fast and the waitress is very friendly and smiling. She explained to us well what each mezze was. We took the two discovery dishes composed of an assortment of hot and cold mezzes which allows us to have a good overview of Lebanese cuisine. The meal was accompanied by two good homemade sauces and warm pita bread. A very nice little black tea is served at the end of the meal. We tasted both desserts. The baklawah was very good with a little rose taste but a little too small. The pistachio mhalabiyé was excellent with a small touch of orange blossom. We will definitely come back to taste the other dishes on the menu.
