The exterior is very pleasant, in the shade of the hackberry trees. The choice on the menu is limited, but everything looked good and for what I chose, it lived up to expectations. The service was fast and the servers were very pleasant.

Très bien mangé. Bon ambiance. Bon service. Terrasse agréable. Bon pièce de viande. Très bonne entrée. On revient sans hésiter.

Superb shaded terrace for lunch. Nice setting. Menus from 42 to 60 euros. Excellent quality dishes but not very generous plates. No appetizers as an aperitif…

Tiny restaurant in the middle of nowhere with excellent, modern food. The service was really friendly too. Only downside, if you're traveling with small kids: there's, no kids menu and the regular dishes were too ambitious for our kids...

Excellent restaurant in a shaded setting under the trees. The wine is excellent, as are the starters and dishes. Highly recommended!

The place is charming, the waitress was very friendly and the food was very good. There is real research into the flavors and presentation of the dishes, with quality products. But, a small downside... everything is a little too expensive for the quantities served, too minimalist, to which, for the dishes, it will be necessary to add additional paid accompaniments. Price of wine a little excessive too. We still leave happy to have had a great time with our loved ones in this lovely wooded setting that is both simple and warm.

Sur une belle terrasse à l'ombre des micocouliers, un repas savoureux et sincère. Et une soirée qui se fini avec un ciel étoilé. Génial pour les personnes à la recherche de nature de petits villages typiques du sud et d'une très bonne cuisine. À faire absolument.

Second time I've gone to this restaurant, a little gem with a magnificent terrace. The chef gives himself and it shows: reduced menu, each plate is crafted to perfection, a taste treat every time, I can only recommend this address :)

15/09/2024: We arrived a little late to eat, but we were greeted with a smile. Not much choice when you come after 2 p.m. But the meal was good. A piece of butcher and fries for Monsieur, and me, pulled pork with vegetables and potatoes. A soft chestnut to finish. We had a great time at Brasserie le Donjon! Thank you, we will come back but earlier this time!!!
11/09/2024: Since the new opening, the atmosphere has been really warm and relaxed! The waiters are very friendly and attentive, the chef is excellent and offers fresh, quality and tasty products! The meat and fries are a real treat! I highly recommend!

15/07/2024: We booked the Relais des Chênes for our daughter's wedding We had an exceptional time, the fact of having a room adjoining an exterior allowed us to create a great atmosphere! Pizza truck, orchestra, dj…. The owner really listened to our needs, he was able to make himself available and what is essential for us: we felt a lot of kindness and kindness from him. Thanks again !
04/07/2024: Exceptional! Joël followed us in an extremely professional, caring and attentive manner from the beginning until our wedding day. The timing of the evening was very well timed, and the dishes served were appreciated by everyone. We recommend it to anyone who cares about quality service!
