One of the best steakhouses I've ever tasted! The place is unusual and you might mistake it for a roadside diner, but don't let appearances fool you. The restaurant is definitely worth the trip! I fully intend to come back from Lorraine to savor this exceptional meat!

Perfect! We had a wonderful time. This cave restaurant is run by experts: the lady efficiently and with a smile handles everything from welcoming guests and managing the dining room to serving, while the gentleman single-handedly runs the restaurant and the wood-fired grill... he's always busy, but with a smile and friendly conversation... typical of a northerner! 💕 We'll be back after our trip to Aubrac... too bad there won't be any more Canada goose 😥

An unusual spot if you're in tourist mode. The restaurant is located in a cave dwelling, which is common in this region. The food is very good, made with fresh ingredients... The service is a bit stiff; a smile would be welcome. Overall, I recommend it!

A very, very good restaurant, especially pleasant when it's hot outside. It's lovely to eat in the cool air, and the kebabs are delicious. The owner, who's in the kitchen, and his wife, who's serving, are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
I highly recommend this excellent restaurant. We went there on August 2nd, 2026, with the Gautier family.
