Excellent place to eat in a picturesque (troglodyte) setting, with homemade food at a reasonable price.

Delicious. Traditional, home-style cooking with quality ingredients, prepared to perfection. You'll want to come back again and again to try everything on their menu, especially the desserts. Reservations are highly recommended due to its popularity. The restaurant is located in a cellar: the space is beautiful and well-decorated, but it's worth noting that the ceilings are low and it's a bit warmer inside compared to the outside.

We had a wonderful evening at this little cave restaurant. The food is simple but very good. The place is truly unique and charming. I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area.

Honestly, it was delicious and the service was fantastic. If you're visiting the Loire Valley castles, come here without hesitation.

We had a delicious three course meal here. The menu was very unique and full of rich flavour. The restaurant is built in an old wine cellar which gave a lot of character and cosy vibe. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you are interested in a unique experience with delicious, high quality food.

A wonderful welcome from the hostess who took her time explaining everything. We were offered an aperitif of an excellent bottle of Chenin Blanc, enjoyed on the terrace. A refrigerator was available for storing our perishable items, and a freezer for our baking trays. There was a demineralized water fountain for refilling our water bottles. The family breakfast was superb. Dinner at the restaurant Le Pigeonnier, run by another family member, was a two-Michelin-starred establishment. As winemakers, we would have loved to buy a case of their excellent wines, but unfortunately, we didn't have room in the car. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND and WE WILL RETURN! 👍👍👍👏👏👏

Don't miss it! A fantastic discovery. The setting in a vaulted cellar is magnificent; it's worth the trip alone. The staff is also very welcoming and attentive; they guided us through our choices and explained everything very clearly. The dishes are delicious, the ingredients are high-quality, and everything is homemade. The value for money is truly excellent. This restaurant, just 20 minutes from Tours, is definitely worth the detour. Don't hesitate to drive there to discover this gem; you won't regret it!
