Hello, as customers of this establishment for over 30 years, we wanted to try the new Italian-style Pinasse Caffé. We were rather disappointed. The food was quite ordinary and didn't particularly interest us. The fish of the day was interesting, but the antipasti and starters varied considerably in quality. We wanted to form our own opinion, and we did. The service was slightly strained and very slow. It took 2 hours for 6 people to eat 4 starters, 6 main courses, and 5 desserts. The terrace renovation makes the place noisy and uncomfortable. We might return during the off-season. Overall, there's room for improvement.

Tried it for the first time on the evening of the eclipse (very crowded).
A very pleasant atmosphere! The staff who looked after us (Marylou, Joez, Lisa, Pierre-Jean the owner, and Margot) were very kind and attentive.
The charming Marylou granted our request for a table in the front row so we could admire the Dune du Pilat and listen to the gentle lapping of the water!
The dishes were very generous, beautifully presented, and delicious. We look forward to returning.

Incredible! Le Pinasse Café is an excellent restaurant that we highly recommend! Kudos to the entire team: The chef creates refined, high-quality, homemade cuisine – a true beauty on the plate. The service is impeccable, the team is organized and friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. All this, of course, with an incredible view of the Arcachon Basin and the Dune. 100% quality. Bravo!

Disappointed by the recent transformation into a trattoria... the atmosphere is less intimate, the cuisine a little less sophisticated and refined. The view remains incredible, of course, the service is still impeccable... and the bill is still steep.

Loyal to Pinasse Café for years, we were a little apprehensive about the change in menu and atmosphere… But in the end, the quality products and new flavors delighted us just as much! Still as good as ever in an even more enchanting setting. This is and will always be our favorite restaurant in Cap Ferret.
