Very fast service, wide menu selection, prices in line with those for a tourist town like Arles. The tuna steak is excellent.

As a lifelong resident of Arles, I generally avoid the city center during the peak summer season, when the tourist crowds overwhelm the restaurants. Tonight, however, we made an exception for a family dinner on Place Voltaire. At first glance, the restaurant is welcoming and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and smiling, and the establishment is spotless. The menu is quite varied and includes some local specialties. One small drawback, though: the sausage, listed as coming with mashed potatoes on the menu, was ultimately served with fries, which is a bit of a shame when you specifically choose a dish for its side. For my part, I opted for the Camargue burger. The dish was good, and the bull meat added a real local touch. Unfortunately, the requested cooking wasn't quite right during the first service. After being sent back to the kitchen, the second serving was closer to what I wanted, although it still had room for improvement. These minor mishaps didn't spoil our evening, however. The staff remained pleasant, and we were offered a coffee as a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciated. Overall, a positive experience in a pleasant setting, with a few improvements to be made in the kitchen. A 4/5 rating that particularly rewards the quality of the welcome, the service, and the atmosphere.

It's a shame that only one person has the tablet to take orders. This constantly forces them to interrupt the customers they're serving to take orders from colleagues at other tables. The overcooked fries (they were more like potato chips) were replaced with a smile.

The atmosphere is informal, straightforward, and friendly. The Camargue oysters and fish and chips are excellent. A truly enjoyable evening.

In general, you're always a little worried about stumbling upon a tourist trap in places like Place Voltaire. But not here! 👍 A pleasant surprise: good food, perfectly suited to the weather, so fresh and delicious. The salads, steak tartare, and daily special were excellent. Prices were reasonable. The red mullet fillet was slightly undercooked, which could have been disappointing, but not at all. The staff immediately rectified the situation and offered spontaneous apologies. The owner is very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food, service, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Exceptional atmosphere! If there is one place in Arles, it is this one.
