What a wonderful time I had at this hotel, especially during the meal! It was EXCELLENT, incredible value for money: €42 (plus €8 for cheese) including two amuse-bouches, a starter, a main course, dessert, cheese, and petit fours! Plus, the service was impeccable. The same meal in Toulouse would easily cost twice as much… Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

Passing through during a long bike tour, what a pleasure it was to spend an evening and a night at Les Glycines! Charm, delicious food, and tranquility! A gourmet and refined menu, a place with an old-world and mysterious charm—truly a wonderful discovery. I highly recommend it, whether with friends or family, to feel removed from the hustle and bustle of the world.

This hotel is charming. You must stay here to have a wonderful time in the Vallespir region. Extremely well located right in the heart of town. Completely renovated, the rooms are air-conditioned, comfortable, and the bedding is superb. There is parking available. Breakfast is very well served on a quiet, shaded terrace. The staff is absolutely delightful. The owners are welcoming. And the restaurant!!! On this beautiful terrace shaded by an old wisteria, with a refreshing breeze during a sweltering summer, it was a real discovery! The cuisine offers an explosion of delicate flavors and interwoven textures, a truly delightful experience we weren't expecting. The chef knows how to infuse the finesse of his dishes with the flavors of his region. The wines are well-chosen. Everything is perfect. Congratulations to the young people who have taken over this beautiful place. We will be back to spend more wonderful moments here.

Fine dining in Arles-sur-tech. We had a lovely evening meal, beautifully presented and showing great care and imagination. We enjoyed the setting and tasteful decor. Attentive service from friendly staff, who made the effort to speak English.
