Words cannot express how delicious the food was—refined, bursting with flavor, and featuring local ingredients. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I recommend it 200%! The prices are very reasonable. We knew the chef already had a great reputation, but we didn't expect it to be this good. Thank you so much, we will be back.

There's a genuine gastronomic spirit, yet the cuisine remains accessible. The service also deserves special mention. The welcome is warm, the waitress attentive and highly professional, and the waiter takes the time to present each dish with clear and precise explanations. The little touches, such as the careful clearing of the table between courses, contribute to a particularly pleasant experience. The setting is equally delightful. The terrace, sheltered under a magnificent old wisteria, offers welcome shade in the summer. The place is calm, relaxing, and invites you to fully enjoy your meal. A few details could still be refined, particularly some seasonings or flavors that could be a bit more pronounced. But these are minor points compared to the overall quality. You can feel a genuine passion behind this cuisine and a real desire to offer a wonderful experience. It's no coincidence that the establishment has been recognized by Gault & Millau. A truly excellent restaurant, with outstanding value for money, which I wholeheartedly recommend.

What a wonderful time I had at this hotel, especially during the meal! It was EXCELLENT, incredible value for money: €42 (plus €8 for cheese) including two amuse-bouches, a starter, a main course, dessert, cheese, and petit fours! Plus, the service was impeccable. The same meal in Toulouse would easily cost twice as much… Thank you again for this wonderful experience.
