New review November 2025. When the new owners took over the business in 2024, we rushed to order. However, we were very disappointed; the portion of fries was small (the packaging was completely flat). The burger was just like the previous ones. So, a disappointing experience. Months passed, and we decided to give them another chance. The burgers were good (although the green peppercorn sauce wasn't quite there in the Beatles burger), and this time the portion of fries was decent. The garlic sauce that comes with the fries doesn't have a very strong garlic flavor and is more like mayonnaise, so I recommend the tartar sauce instead. Review May 2024. The very first time, we were won over by the excellence of the burgers and fries: perfectly soft brioche bun, excellent beef, delicate sauce… The burgers were indulgent but well-balanced, and the homemade fries were to die for (we even dreamed of a bottomless cone!). Unfortunately, the initial success didn't pay off. On two other occasions, we ordered burgers and fries, and it's clear that the taste was no longer there: bland burgers, meat cooked to perfection (well-done instead of rare), fries too dark, and, most importantly, quickly reheated in a bath of oil. This lack of consistency is a major disappointment (hence the 3/5 rating).

It's always a pleasure to order from Plan B; the staff is friendly. The portions are generous, the fries are incredible, and a special mention goes to the Chicken B, which never disappoints. In my opinion, these are the best burgers in Brest; you won't be disappointed.
