07/05/2026: I'd often been disappointed by the McDonald's in Clermont, but here, Justine and the new team were truly excellent. Good service, a clean restaurant—even though it's fast food and we only occasionally go with the children, we still deserve to be well received. That was the case today. Thank you.

06/05/2026: So, sorry, but when I see some of the reviews, I disagree. You can tell these people have never seen a McDonald's on the street! For me, it's by far one of the best McDonald's in France. I've traveled a lot and seen many McDonald's, but honestly, this one is top-notch in terms of cleanliness. The team is fantastic: young, motivated, kind, and polite. They're well-supervised and in good spirits, not under pressure—you can tell right away! And the proof that it works is that they're efficient. I've never noticed a mistake in my order. The exterior is very clean, the trash cans are perfect and efficient. The manager, Leslie, deserves an extra star. She works tirelessly at the drive-thru with her team, always on top of things and with a smile. I love it; it's rare to see that. It's a great example, truly superb! 👍 I highly recommend it, especially for children. The hygiene is top-notch. The men have beard nets in addition to their hair. There are no visible piercings in the kitchen. Aprons for everyone, each with their assigned station—it's well-managed!
