McDonald's sur Clermont-L'Herault

I'd often been disappointed by the McDonald's in Clermont, but here, Justine and the new team were truly excellent. Good service, a clean restaurant—even though it's fast food and we only occasionally go with the children, we still deserve to be well received. That was the case today. Thank you.

So, sorry, but when I see some of the reviews, I disagree. You can tell these people have never seen a McDonald's on the street! For me, it's by far one of the best McDonald's in France. I've traveled a lot and seen many McDonald's, but honestly, this one is top-notch in terms of cleanliness. The team is fantastic: young, motivated, kind, and polite. They're well-supervised and in good spirits, not under pressure—you can tell right away! And the proof that it works is that they're efficient. I've never noticed a mistake in my order. The exterior is very clean, the trash cans are perfect and efficient. The manager, Leslie, deserves an extra star. She works tirelessly at the drive-thru with her team, always on top of things and with a smile. I love it; it's rare to see that. It's a great example, truly superb! 👍 I highly recommend it, especially for children. The hygiene is top-notch. The men have beard nets in addition to their hair. There are no visible piercings in the kitchen. Aprons for everyone, each with their assigned station—it's well-managed!

This morning at 11am the service was super friendly, kudos for a drive-through, it's much appreciated. Thanks to S....

Mixed feelings about McDonald's Click & Collect parking service. The service itself is excellent: easy ordering, quick delivery, and efficient staff. However, the food is a major drawback. It's very often lukewarm, or even almost cold, even during peak hours. For a service that's supposed to be fast, this is really disappointing. Another problem: the portion sizes are very inconsistent. Sometimes they're adequate, sometimes they're far too small for the price. The same goes for the sauces: only one sauce for several Maxi Best Of meals with fries is unacceptable, and it happens very often! A convenient service, but clearly lacking in quality and consistency.

The restaurant was clean and our meals arrived hot (which is rare in a snack bar). We were served by Justine, a smiling and pleasant person.
