I had a very good experience with the manager this evening, who offered a discount after a piece of meat was left out of my burger the day before. Mistakes happen, so please remember to call the restaurant if this happens to you. Aside from that, I've been a regular customer since I was a child, and this restaurant has always been one of my favorites!

In Clermont l'Hérault as elsewhere, McDonald's is a bit like a beacon on the horizon 😁 I have my habits for coffee, from one to the other it's always pleasant to take refuge there while waiting for an appointment, someone etc., so I know a number of McDonald's, I commute less now but in my travels it's often there that I take a break.

Smooth service, friendly welcome. I didn't even have time to wash my hands before my meal was on the table. My only complaint about ordering was that I made a mistake choosing the veggie nuggets, which I found rather bland. A general "veggie" category only, or perhaps the word "veggie" should be listed between the text and the price... and not in the top left corner. That's my two cents, but McDonald's is still my number one! 😉
