The cleanest, most welcoming, and most spotless McDonald's. The speed and care taken with the order are impeccable. Nothing like the McDonald's in Béziers, which are the complete opposite of the excellent one in Clermont l'Hérault.

Cafe Gourmand is only available cold. Unbelievable! They have hot and cold cafes, but Cafe Gourmand is only available cold. Are you serious??? The only difference is the whipped cream on top!

I'd often been disappointed by the McDonald's in Clermont, but here, Justine and the new team were truly excellent. Good service, a clean restaurant—even though it's fast food and we only occasionally go with the children, we still deserve to be well received. That was the case today. Thank you.
