We spent six days at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the changes since the arrival of the new team. The welcome was warm, the staff friendly and always ready to help. Renovations are underway, and it's already evident: the rooms are more comfortable, and the hotel is gradually regaining its vibrancy. You can tell the team is committed to improving the facilities and the comfort of the guests. We wish them continued success and will not hesitate to return for a future stay.

A very pleasant surprise during our stay in Brou. The hotel has recently been taken over by a particularly welcoming new team. It's located on the main square with a superb view of the market hall and just steps from a lovely walk (a must-do!) along the river that runs through the town. The innovative and refined cuisine is prepared by a very promising young chef. I will definitely return on my next visit!

I discovered this hotel after its reopening and I must say it was a very pleasant surprise! The owner's warm welcome and helpfulness were much appreciated, and I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant: high-quality cuisine worthy of a top-tier establishment, prepared by a promising young chef! I highly recommend it!

We haven't had the chance to visit the restaurant yet, but we did meet the new manager. He is very professional and attentive to his customers, their needs, and expectations. We can't wait to have the time to come and try their food. Thank you to them for reviving this establishment. We must encourage them and at least make the effort to go, knowing that starting out can be difficult. We wish the whole team great success! ☺️

20/04/2026: Warm welcome. Very original crêpe menu. Delicious and very generously filled. We had trouble finishing and weren't able to order one of the desserts that were being paraded before us, which nevertheless looked very promising. We'll gladly return.
