Magnificent place with typical architecture. The rooms are all different and very pretty with all the amenities. Lunch is superb with a large and nice choice. The restaurant is impeccable with quality service. The staff is welcoming, smiling, attentive, and available. The setting is really pretty with its French gardens. Its activities are restful and relaxing (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage, etc.). I highly recommend

The worst: a very bad Wi-Fi network and turning off the lights on the facade at 10 p.m. It's ridiculous...everything is left in the dark with how beautiful the illuminated façade is. The best: The vegetation that surrounds the building, the façade itself, of the main building. What needs to be improved: the facilities are very neglected and need renovation, at least in my block... there are cracks badly painted... Gratitude: the friendly treatment of the staff. Dinner: It was quite good. In my opinion, more of presence than taste. Highly recommended breakfast

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give more than 5 stars! What a wonderful weekend we had with our group of 36 people! The welcome, the rooms, the setting, the location (15 minutes from Carcassonne and 20 minutes from the magnificent village of Lagrasse), and what can I say, service by attentive staff... Thank you again to you and to the entire service team (not forgetting the room service with a very nice lady!) for your welcome and your organization. Noted, we will come back with pleasure.

Excellent weekend in this haven of peace. The food is very good and the staff is great.

The quality of the service is exceptionally good. The restaurant and breakfast buffet also leave nothing to be desired. The outdoor pool is very good, but the indoor pool and Jacuzzi cost €20 extra per person per hour (for private use), a very individual approach... You have to get involved in the special charm of this chateau.

Beautiful hotel in a small, quiet village 15 minutes from the City of Carcassonne. Impeccable welcome and service. Spa can be privatized, outdoor swimming pool, large garden and closed parking. Restaurant on site. Good value for money.

thank you for your warm welcome after an 8.5 hour drive... the team waited for us until almost midnight... the room was exceptional... to continue being annoying we had to leave early in the morning and audrey pampered us and opened the service a little earlier... in short, thank you again for allowing us to recharge the batteries see you very soon

Magnificent garden with a good restaurant and two superb swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor).
