A truly cinematic experience in a simple, dark setting with a magnificent wine cellar. A divine meal, amuse-bouches, a savory canelé, starters, and main courses so beautiful you almost hesitate to taste them! And canelés from a three-time world champion—simply marvelous. An elegant venue with an extensive and original cocktail menu. I've always been lucky enough to enjoy it when it's not crowded, which makes the experience even more pleasant as you can actually have a chat. The staff is available to answer your questions. A delightful discovery for both the eyes and the palate.

With a Lenny Kravitz concert postponed and a hotel room prepaid and non-refundable, I decided to take advantage of my evening in Bordeaux to (finally) discover this place I'd heard about several years ago. I was so glad I did: the service, the friendliness of the staff, the delicious food, the impressive cocktail menu, and the beautiful setting. In short, all the ingredients for a wonderful experience, which I hope to repeat in the near future. Thank you for the explanations and demonstrations of how to cut the ice cream. Best of luck to the whole team. I look forward to returning!

A very unique and intimate place. Perfectly warm atmosphere. Original, sophisticated, and delicious cuisine. However, the portions are still generous. The service was perfect; the waiter was very attentive and pleasant. A perfect evening.
