Private beach restaurant. A very nice menu with expertly prepared, high-quality ingredients. This isn't your average brasserie. Beautiful decor. That evening, there was a DJ set on the beach. We had a wonderful time!

The setting is lovely. The welcome was warm, but the table service was a bit rushed.
I must admit I was disappointed by the food. Many people had raved about the exceptional cuisine, but in fact, it's the setting that's nice. I wasn't at all impressed by the food. It was good, and well-presented, but that's all it was for me. It's a shame.

Very disappointed with the establishment following the cooking of the meat in my burger: either a table error or a cooking error.
The plate was replaced, which seems normal to me. No apology and no gesture of goodwill.
Here are my ratings for the food. The service and atmosphere were also disappointing. I ate after my friend.

The staff were fantastic, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the food. They should warn customers about cheese in side dishes for allergy reasons. Overall, it was decent, although the prices were a bit high for the portions.

The meal was excellent.
One of the waitresses was unpleasant, inattentive, and never smiled.
We arrived at 12:30 PM, and our starter was served at 1:30 PM… the main course wasn't served until 2:00 PM after we complained to the manager, who was very welcoming and smiling.
The wait was far too long (unacceptable).
To top it all off, we had a €200 bill for four people, and we didn't even receive a thank you or a smile when we paid, again from the same very unpleasant waitress.
In this business, a warm welcome is essential for people to have a good time and want to return.
On the other hand, the decor was very nice.
It's a shame the restrooms were in a deplorable state by 1:00 PM.
The place was very noisy.

A wonderful discovery and a real gem: Le Poisson Rouge in Frontignan! Everything is perfect: the food, the staff, and the atmosphere, all right on the beach! A special mention goes to the owner, Julie, who is so kind and attentive.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

A little slice of paradise in Frontignan beach, nestled between the lagoon and the Mediterranean.
We went there twice during our stay.
Once for dinner, and another time relaxing on the sun loungers for an afternoon at the beach.
In the evening, the atmosphere was superb, with the sunset over the sea perfect for dinner with friends.
During the day, we enjoyed the beach, relaxing on the sun loungers for a quick lunch, and savoring delicious local products.
We can't wait to go back!
