Le Ponceau sur Laval

The food is too simple. The salmon terrine from Thiol or elsewhere isn't great, too processed. The salad leaf in each dish is a bit outdated. It's a shame because the terrace is lovely and the setting is pleasant. It just deserves an effort in presentation and a more limited, but homemade, menu.

I went for lunch today with friends. It's always so good. We go there regularly. The service is impeccable. The food is excellent. The owner is very friendly and efficient. When we tell him we're in a hurry (because of work), he does everything he can to serve us quickly. Always kind, never any annoyance in his voice. Thank you so much! 😀
