While out on our day off, we stopped by chance, and what a happy coincidence! The impression of being in a gourmet restaurant, both from the presentation of the dishes and the subtly blended and perfectly balanced flavors! A true culinary delight! As for the warm welcome from the owner and the friendly and attentive service... A fantastic epic meal in a superb setting, thank you 🙏🏼

A very nice restaurant with a small but excellent menu. We visited twice and enjoyed the set menu each time, and were absolutely thrilled with the quality and taste. The ambiance was very pleasant both inside and outside.

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and attentive. The food was freshly prepared and delicious! The menu changes regularly. The ambiance is lovely. The terrace is under shady small trees. A definite recommendation for a good meal and a wonderful end to the day! We were very satisfied!

Discovered this restaurant by chance. We were able to enjoy their new menus and well done, we opted for the octopus with its polenta, it was killer, I highly recommend it 😜😜😜

The wind brought us to this restaurant when none were open, and what a good thing we did! The waiters are very pleasant and welcoming, the food is simply excellent, the flavors are perfectly balanced. The restaurant's setting is very pleasant, we ate on the terrace which is very beautiful. We recommend this restaurant 1000%

Very good establishment. Peaceful setting, whether on the terrace or in the dining room. Delicious cuisine with quality products. Impeccable service. Fair prices. 1 menu at €40.00 in August 2025. I recommend this Ardeche restaurant.

Le Patio

22/09/2025: We entered the patio a bit by chance for a cocktail... and frankly, we don't regret it. Pierrick gave us a warm welcome, directing us to the very unusual room (a former farmhouse) where there are high tables, low tables, chairs, stools, and large benches. The first evening, we kept it simple with mojitos, which turned out to be excellent. For the next three evenings, we left it to Max, the cocktail master, to surprise us with a new drink each time. They were all to our taste, even though we hardly ever drink alcohol. The Mai Tai/Espresso Martini/Jamaican Mule and Raspberry Daiquiri were lovely discoveries, but he wowed us with a cocktail that tasted like a madeleine... (yes, grandma's madeleine). We will happily return if our travels bring us back to Vallon 😁
19/09/2025: Very nice restaurant! Everything is plentiful, generous and the staff is welcoming and very friendly. We enjoyed the wings and a tasting board, so generous that we left with a doggy bag!! Not to mention the free knife. We will be back
