Honestly, if you're passing through Vallon, it's practically a must-try; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. Plus, the service is really pleasant. One small criticism: the restaurant's decor seems a bit empty and dreary (this is obviously a subjective opinion). Otherwise, everything was perfect, thank you!

A wonderful discovery while passing through the region, and what a wonderful discovery it was! The traditional French cuisine is of very high quality; the flavors are superbly balanced, the ingredients are treated with respect, and the tastes are truly exceptional. The waitresses are smiling, bubbly, and attentive to their customers. The service is also efficient and quick. A truly wonderful find! I highly recommend this establishment.
