A superb experience, both culinary and personal. The cocktails made with local ingredients are delicious, and the dishes are bursting with subtle flavors. The veal is cooked to perfection, and the trout fillet is wonderfully fragrant. The gianduja dessert is divine.
A huge thank you to the team who gave us front-row seats to the magnificent fireworks display for the Fête des Ponts (Bridges Festival).

The setting: an old half-timbered building on the banks of the Vienne River, a warm welcome, comfortable dining rooms where the well-spaced tables allow for conversation without raising one's voice; the view of the Saint-Étienne bridge and the river is worth the climb to the first floor, relaxed yet attentive service, and finally, generous, refined, and original cuisine without being pretentious.
The prices are very reasonable.
This is an address to remember. Why haven't the Michelin inspectors visited this beautiful place yet?

The food is very good, the presentation is beautiful.
A real children's menu for €17.
We were seated under a remarkable kiwi pergola.
However, the waitress was rude when taking our order, insisting we order desserts at the beginning of the meal, even though we hadn't looked at the menu until then.
And the aperitifs sat warming on the bar for 15 minutes while we waited to be served...

The tasting menu was excellent; the filet mignon with Douglas fir sauce was perfect.
Impeccable service, very beautiful dining room. Terrace and a few indoor tables with views of the Vienne River. Very extensive wine selection.
We had a wonderful gastronomic experience.
