A restaurant in the resorts of La Foux d’Allos, "Pourquoi pas," specializes in cheese. We enjoyed a wild garlic raclette. Delicious.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is excellent, and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Mountain specialties and delicious pizzas... Except for the gnocchi, which was too dry... Go there with your eyes closed...

We had a wonderful evening at the Pourquoi Pas? restaurant. The welcome was very warm, the food delicious and plentiful, and there are many vegetarian options so everyone can enjoy the mountain specialties. I highly recommend this establishment!

25/01/2026: Warm welcome and friendly restaurant. Very tasty and excellent food.
16/01/2026: We had a lovely evening at 106. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was warm, and the food was delicious. Our dog, Rocky, was very well looked after! Thank you for a wonderful time.
