A lunch offering excellent value for money. A lot of effort went into the food. The dishes were beautifully presented and expertly executed. The dessert was a real highlight: a clove ice cream that was a true explosion of flavor.

I've been two or three times in different years when we spend our summers in Pézenas, and it always surprises me. Everything we've tried has been delicious, with intense flavors and perfect combinations. You can tell there's a lot of care behind each dish. The service is another of its strong points: very attentive, friendly, and professional. And the desserts… spectacular. It's true that the price is high, and if you have a big appetite, some portions might seem a bit small, but in the end, between the individual dishes and the overall experience, you leave more than satisfied. For me, it's one of those places worth returning to because you always find something that surprises you. That said, it's small, and **you have to make a reservation**, especially if you want to guarantee a table.
