A few dishes betray (in a good way!) the chef's Franche-Comté roots. The snails have come out of their shells, and they look fantastic! The cauliflower velouté is excellent; the chuck roast is perfectly cooked, and the banana mousse is simply divine! In short, everything is going well at Le Pressoir, even if everything is slightly too salty. The wine list focuses on regional selections, the amuse-bouches are sparkling, and the bill is reasonable. What more can I say? I'll definitely be back...
An excellent restaurant in every respect. From the welcome to the service, from the culinary innovation to the flavors that shine through, everything is perfectly executed. The quality/pleasure/price ratio is top-notch. A fine example of French gastronomy. 🎆🍾
The menu offers a beautiful selection with something for everyone. A perfectly balanced foie gras trilogy, lobster in its own juice with a delicious risotto, and one of the best fruit gratin dishes I've ever had. A good selection of wines by the glass.
15/08/2024: Super endroit, convivial. Propriétaire et personnel très gentil et agréable. Cuisine traditionnelle et familiale excellente produits de qualité . Prix pour la totalité du repas plus que raisonnable. Je recommande fortement .
15/08/2024: Très belle endroit, le choix pour les plats est pour tout les goûts ! Les assiettes sont bien remplies. Le petit plus il y’a des jeux pour les enfants derrière :)
