Le Pressoir Gourmand sur Mezel

On February 14, 2026, for our wedding, we chose this restaurant, having been pleasantly surprised by its restaurant, owned by Olivier, in the summer of 2025. We want to attest to the quality of the reception on February 14th, and the services that were once again provided to us and our guests. (Of course, you won them over!) The reservation, permission to decorate our table, and the choice of three appetizers and two main courses were all seamless. The welcome was warm, with numerous thoughtful touches, smiles, and more. We were even photographed by Olivier! Anaïs was already making our mouths water as she described the dishes. The moment we brought our forks to our mouths, the aromas were intoxicating. And speaking of flavors... How can I describe them... UNPARALLELED! The dishes were magnificent, a feast for the eyes and the palate: Pure bliss!!! You more than pleasantly surprised and delighted us; we promised ourselves we'd return. You once again fulfilled our taste buds, as well as those of our guests! When we hear about your passion, your choices of seasonal and local products, not to mention your culinary expertise and the hours spent preparing your dishes... Thank you for being and sharing your excellence. Thank you, Anaïs, for your quality service and your personalized little gifts (made so spontaneously): What a fantastic team! ♡ I almost forgot the touch of background music, not to mention the time you generously offered and gave us between meals. Excellent value for money. A lot of work goes into preparing the dishes. The chef loves his craft and is happy to share it.

We ate today without a reservation; there were five of us. The owner is very friendly and passionate about his work. The dishes were top-notch, original, and excellent. I highly recommend it. Jacky and his colleagues.

A warm and welcoming place, attentive service, and incredible flavors! We had a delicious 7-hour lamb that was so tender you could eat it with a spoon, and the vegetarian lasagna was a real treat. Go without hesitation.

On the recommendation of Clément from La Roubine des Canards, what a wonderful discovery today! The Sunday menu at €35 is absolutely worth it. A very warm welcome, delicious cuisine accompanied by a Viognier for the aperitif and the perfect egg or foie gras from La Roubine (mentioned earlier), and a Pinot Noir from Domaine Valmoissine in Aups with the seven-hour leg of lamb served with tender lentils and einkorn wheat. For dessert, an apple and pear crumble and a chestnut cake... A delight from beginning to end...

Excellent! Lots of flavors, a varied menu, and quality products. Even though we arrived late, we were served with pleasure (so remember to make a reservation).

We ate at this restaurant during our visit to Estoublon, and everything was excellent. From the appetizer to the dessert, including the wine and after-dinner drinks... we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you again for everything! Chef Olivier and his wife are passionate and very welcoming. They will be happy to explain what's on your plate and how everything was prepared. In short, a restaurant to stop at without hesitation!

An incredible dinner, both in terms of flavor and service! The dishes, the wines, the desserts are divine! If I lived closer, I'd come every week!! This isn't just a recommendation, it's beyond that!
