30/07/2026: I only wish we lived closer! We had a wonderful lunch, sitting in the shaded terrace on a blistering hot day. Very friendly and welcoming service, the freshest of ingredients, and perfect menu. Thank you so much for a memorable lunch.

24/07/2026: While on holiday a few kilometers away, one Thursday evening we noticed that almost all the restaurants in Digne were closed. So we went to Le Pressoir somewhat by chance, but it was a very pleasant surprise! Go without hesitation. The dishes are well-prepared with blends of herbs, etc. My son had an original children's menu: mashed potatoes on a bed of lentils and ham, chestnut flour cake with chestnut cream. A welcome change from chicken nuggets!
