Local, homemade ingredients, very well selected and very well cooked. Kudos to the chef who explains the products and recipes in detail; we enjoyed ourselves throughout the meal.

A thoroughly enjoyable lunch in every respect... The outdoor terrace was welcoming, serene, and peaceful. The waitress was empathetic, pleasant, and approachable. Local produce was expertly prepared by a passionate maestro who knows how to combine and play with flavors, surprising our palate... All accompanied by an excellent wine from Théus. Like any true professional, the maestro made the rounds of the tables, attentive, approachable, and radiant. Highly recommended.

We ate there with our two dogs, and they offered them water. Most of the menu items are homemade, and it shows. The quality and quantity were excellent. They also have a vegetarian menu. The staff is very friendly, and the place is very quiet, shaded, and welcoming.

A restaurant to discover between Valensole and the mountains of Haute-Provence. The cuisine is excellent, made primarily with fresh, local produce. The chef is very friendly, but a bit alone on Saturday lunchtime, September 12, 2026. The only slight drawback was the meal's duration of 2 hours and 15 minutes, but it seems this is an exception, so let's not hold it against him, especially since the shaded terrace is lovely and allows you to relax between each delicious course! Don't hesitate to book and make the trip through Mezel (04) to discover this great little restaurant!

A timeless moment in this unexpected place. Exceptional cuisine prepared by a passionate chef who speaks with love about his dishes. We ordered two €28 set menus, and everything was perfect from appetizer to dessert. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the region!
