A stop we made on a whim, and we certainly didn't regret it. Beyond the fact that the food is excellent, prepared by a passionate chef, the ingredients are delicious, and to top it all off, there's a real commitment to using local produce! Add to that a wonderful welcome, with special touches for my 2-year-old daughter, who, by the way, thoroughly enjoyed her meal too! It was a perfect experience! I highly recommend it! A true gem in Mézel! You can immediately taste the passion and expertise behind every dish. The cuisine is generous, full of flavor, and prepared with great care. The ingredients are local and showcased beautifully. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere very pleasant, the decor authentic. It's the kind of place you'll enjoy returning to or recommend to friends. Kudos to the chef for his hard work and love of good food! A must-try!

From our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. The waitress was remarkably attentive and kind. The chef was meticulous, passionate about his craft, and readily available to explain each dish. Everything is homemade with high-quality local ingredients, and this is evident in the flavors. Each vegetable was served with a perfectly chosen sauce—a rare treat! Special mention goes to the green tomato jam, the candied chanterelles, and the pumpkin and ginger tiramisu. I could list everything, as each dish was so different yet delicious and delicate. We had absolutely no regrets about making the slight detour to enjoy such a wonderful dining experience. Excellent value for money.
