A restaurant recommended to me by a colleague, simply magnificent, a real treat. The setting is sleek and trendy, cultivating warmth and intimacy, making you feel wonderfully comfortable and at ease. The chef is very promising, combining gourmet flavors. The waiter was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Excellent cuisine! Attentive staff. A chef with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants who clearly has ambition for his establishment. The wine list is still somewhat limited, but we know it will quickly expand.

What a gem in Saint Marcel Les Sauzet! We had an incredibly delicious meal here: beautiful quality, fresh ingredients, and dishes where you can really taste the local flavors. Good vegetarian options too. The restaurant offers a perfect selection of local wines and has friendly, welcoming service.

From a service perspective, it was excellent. From a culinary perspective, the quality and flavors met our expectations. However, two things were absolutely unacceptable. 1) The wine prices are out of line not only with the rest of the restaurant market (we eat there twice a week), but also due to the exorbitant markups. And I'm certain of this because I know restaurants in this category well. 2) The bill was grossly excessive. €240 for three people for a starter/main course/dessert (which was delicious, by the way, that's not the issue). So either you listen because you're in St. Marcel les Sauzet and operating within a traditional framework, or you dig in your heels, which will demonstrate that you're listening to yourself (or at least, to your own arguments to justify yourself), and that you're completely ignoring the very reason this section exists: to gather feedback from genuine customers who have your best interests at heart and, moreover, are in your primary market area (your strongest potential). A word of advice: you could charge €80 per person, but then you'll need to offer a completely different kind of cuisine—inventive, creative, distinctive, and surprising. Excellent restaurant, superb welcome, the staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming, the dishes are cooked from fresh and quality products, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it was tasty and delicious, we recommend this restaurant, we will return without hesitation, we had an excellent time.

We had a wonderful evening in a charming setting with a very warm welcome, but above all, the cuisine was of the highest quality, with refined and sophisticated dishes that set Le Prieuré apart from many other restaurants. Not to be missed.
