Great restaurant of Spanish origin, the waitress has a very discreet accent, I love it, very good quality local dishes, I recommend it. They have wines that surpass the French grape varieties, although some French winemakers work with these exceptional grapes.

When booking at the "Prieuré de Clisson" in Josselin, in the heart of Brittany, you don't necessarily expect a Spanish restaurant. The result is quite pleasant. The service is very friendly, almost familial. The kitchen offers delicious tapas and authentic paellas (without chorizo). Perfect for a pleasant, relaxed evening in an equally pleasant town.

19/01/2026: Hearty no nonsense food, beautifully presented. Extremely good value. Excellent starters and desserts especially the caramel as beurre sale. Authentic local hosts and cuisine and warm country service. Reservations recommended. Often full of locals.
