Evening in Rouen. Dinner for two. A lovely place, chosen because it was also mentioned in the guide (L.P. of Brittany and Normandy). All the dishes were very good (we had Camembert roti, fish, ravioli, and chocolate dessert; wine and water). Very pleasant atmosphere. Excellent vegetarian options, too.

A delightful experience I would gladly repeat. Excellent service; the waitress spoke French, English, and Spanish—the latter very well, thankfully. She explained the day's menu in Spanish. The food was fantastic. We started with an avocado cream soup with sun-dried tomatoes and a nut crumble. Then I ordered the first course on the menu, which was like a roast beef with roasted potatoes and herb butter. The beef was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, but not bloody. My husband had bluefin tuna marinated in ginger sauce. I don't usually like fish, but this one was so well prepared that it had absolutely no fishy smell or taste. Luckily, I got to try it, and it's something I'd like to try next time. It came with a side of pumpkin and carrot purée and lemon wedges. The tuna is prepared to your liking and doneness. We had cider, and the dessert was also delicious. I ordered a meringue with a scoop of strawberry ice cream—lactose-free, by the way—very important for me since I'm lactose intolerant. Lactose intolerant, my husband ate a cake… delicious too. We came yesterday as a family of five for my birthday. We received a warm welcome, and the meal was delicious and homemade with good quality ingredients. It was our first time there, and everyone enjoyed it. Just a heads-up (not a criticism): the crumble was very good, but the topping contains cinnamon, which might not be to everyone's liking (this wasn't mentioned). A great place to recommend.

Excellent food, very good value for money, on a pretty street in Rouen. Helpful staff. We had dinner with the Gratins (photo), highly recommended!

Delightful restaurant in the pedestrian area of ​​central Rouen. Simple but quality cuisine. Recommended for families and couples. Friendly, smiling, and efficient staff. Absolutely not to be missed!
