Modification: after an Xth call, I finally got someone on the phone... so I raised my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars... but it remains very fragile... I stand by my position and still don't really recommend...

It's all good when it's going well...but if their customer service exists (which I sincerely doubt), then it's definitely the worst I've ever had. This is the evil of online sales on the internet: we make a pretty site, we put photos of smiling babies, but in the end there is nothing behind it in terms of customer service when we need it. Example: the telephone number does not address anything: 1. we encourage you to send an email (unless it is urgent) and we say goodbye, then 2. we are on hold (since I consider the problem urgent) , and in the end it hangs up.
Please note: I have tried to call at several times and on several different days, and it is always the same. I even called at 10 a.m. sharp (at opening), and nothing changed.
To summarize, if your order is not important, yes, place an order here... if your impressions matter to you, move on because in the event of a problem, NO ONE is there! This kind of operation disgusts me. In short, I'm moving on!

First creation of a photo album at Rosemoon, under the advice of my daughter.
I contacted them twice for advice during the production, the person was very nice. After receiving my album, I found that the color of the cover photo was not the same color as the original photo, I contacted them again and the person I had (Lola) understood me very well ( (I had modified the photo too much and the color had changed) she told me to send them the original photo and that they would make the modifications themselves and redo my album for free (so nice)
I just received it, I am very happy. .
I would surely make albums from Rosemoon, very kind staff, professional, fast shipping, well protected.
And a local company (Nantes)

I recently ordered my first photo album from Atelier Rosemood for my one-year-old boyfriend, and I'm thrilled with the quality! The photo album is very nicely printed, thick, elegant pages and a good hardcover. Also good customer service for questions. I can highly recommend Atelier Rosemood and will happily order something there again in the future.

First order for me for a photo book, I chose Rosemood because it is a local company.
The customer service was perfect, I was able to ask for advice when developing my book.
The fabric cover is perfect.
I chose natural white recycled paper, despite my fears the result is impeccable! The production is at a suitable price, the printing and delivery time is justified in my opinion (10 days in total during the summer period)

I cannot recommend Rosemood enough! My photobooks are absolutely gorgeous and printed in such high quality! I have had so many compliments!
My first order had a few printing errors, through no fault of Rosemood (I think just a technical error during printing), but they were more than happy to send me a replacement free of charge! And it is perfect! And their customer service is amazing!
