Nous avons fait appel à Rosemood pour notre album photo de notre long voyage en Asie à 100 euros. Cependant, le rendu n'était pas à la hauteur de nos espérances (qualité des photos à l'impression à revoir). Le service client s'est montré extrêmement professionnel et réactif (bravo à toute l'équipe) et nous a renvoyé un autre album sans frais. Merci

Service client à l’écoute et très réactif qui n’a pas hésité à faire réimprimer et réenvoyer sans frais supplémentaires une commande (d’une valeur de 160€) qui ne correspondait finalement pas à nos attentes. Voilà un beau geste commercial qui, à notre époque, mérite d’être souligné ! Je recommande sans hésitation 😊
