Superb discovery. Very good restaurant, impeccable service and quality meals (well done to the chef) small note for the boss: you can give a good bonus to your waitress who managed to manage the crowded room all by herself and always with a smile, well done miss one true champion. The setting is pleasant right next to the cathedral, a real moment of relaxation and for a very reasonable price. We will come back by booking of course because it is preferable.

Australians travelling around Normandy. This is the best restaurant experience we have had on our travels. Important to book as always busy. The front of house person/waitress was so organised, cheerful,good English which was helpful to us. Beautiful delicious food. We chose the three course option which was great value for the money. Good wine and cider . Wish we could visit again.

Stumbled upon this lovely restaurant by chance. We ate really well, refined, quality dishes and a more than honest price. The girl who served us was very good and always smiling.

We were there for lunch and the lunch menu was very good, both the main course and the dessert! Very well cooked and seasoned. Without forgetting the appetizers for the aperitif, thank you. Special mention for the kindness and efficiency of the waitress 😀

Lovely food- great flavours and very reasonably priced set menu. Wine by the glass. Delicious food. Was very busy the night we went so obviously popular

Le Moulin de La Galette

01/10/2024: This creperie is the restaurant we go to every time we pass through Bayeux. We had already enjoyed the terrace along the Aure. It's very nice. This year, the weather being uncertain, we chose the Moulin room. It’s a very beautiful room with an authentic atmosphere. As on previous occasions, we really liked the pancakes and pancakes that we tasted there. But above all we were very pleasantly surprised by the staff, smiling, attentive and very responsive despite the difficulty of working in a restaurant which has three different levels. Well done to the whole team!
30/09/2024: A reservation was a must. We had dinner, and while the waiter was very friendly, the service, like the food, was uneven. My son thoroughly enjoyed his oysters starter and duck main dish. The skate was also good. But I have to say the chicken main dish was almost inedible. Overcooked and dry. And I don’t believe it is meant to be served that way. Drinks were yummy. Dessert crepes were almost raw. So, a mixed bag for us.

30/11/2024: Fantastic food and a great atmosphere we ate here on a beautiful day in May
20/11/2024: Excellent Restaurant with friendly service. We had the set menu at euro 24.50 for 3 courses or 20.50 for 2 courses which was good value and very enjoyable. The rest of the menu was pricey so very happy with the menu we had. We had the Cafe Gourmand at euro 8 which was very enjoyable to finish. Wine prices a bit high but a picher of chardonnay was euro 19.50 for 50 cl which was ok. Lovely restaurant overall.
