Le Ptit Serre Che sur La Salle-Les-Alpes

It is no longer called Le Petit Serre Che but rather Bistro & Co. A change of ownership and extensive rénovation inside from last time I was there. They don't serve food here( for the moment) it is mainly a cafe/bar. Good choice of drinks ranging from tap beer to cocktails with a nice, small riverside terrace at the back, plenty of seating inside and the front terrace is a work in progress as the local authorities are replacing the tarmac road with cobblestones in the autumn.
