Yesterday, we went to this very well located place to taste the famous Tuesday paella made by Thierry. We were warmly welcomed by the manager Jeff. We had heard about this fabulous paella from many people and we were not disappointed, on the contrary the friendliness of the place and the staff only enhanced the dish. In addition, we were able to taste a succulent Basque cake which was one of the best we tasted during our stay. I recommend to anyone who is passing through and feeling a little peckish to stop at this place which is the most welcoming that we have found in the Rhune sector.

Sorry but we agree with some opinions. 14 euros for a 🍕 mountain pizza which is horribly small. I think it's a good tourist trap, thank you but no thank you, we won't come back. Decent panini. Too bad there is potential, he could very well win but you have to be less greedy when you want to win money.

We were very disappointed by the small dishes offered. Obviously we weren't interested in fine dining but the panini burger contained very little ground meat, the hot dog sausage wasn't very good. Our child's only ham and cheese sandwich was good and garnished correctly.... Let's say that for the quantity the price was expensive! For us it was a tourist trap..... But aside from that, the two servers were friendly and smiling! And besides, thank you to them!

15/09/2024: The dishes do not live up to what we expected from the menu. The entrance not hot enough. The meat was not of high quality. In conclusion it is not worth the 130 euros spent.
27/08/2024: Very good restaurant. They accept restaurant vouchers which allowed me and my little family to get to know this gastronomic place.

19/09/2024: I just spent a little time looking at the reviews on olhabidea, one of my favorite tables...I laughed a lot!! especially the opinions on the "service". then we start again and put things back in place: if you like to eat well with very large dishes in large dishes themselves in small dishes...if you love bows and bows....if you need to order anywhere like at home...go your way....olhabidea is THE family home of Jean and Guillaume who are our hosts. each table, each plate, each magnificent bouquet has a soul....here reigns charm, warmth, a delicate simplicity, and extraordinary cuisine...so many things that we no longer find so easily....if all this speaks to you: go for it you won't regret it!!!! Concerning me very much this evening for a dinner with friends which can only be a moment of happiness in this place!!!
15/09/2024: The setting is pleasant, our dish of suckling pig was good but it is a shame that the service was unpleasant: I had chosen a chocolate parfait with raspberries, when the plate arrived, raspberries did not come and when I asked where they were, I was told in a very curt tone that there should be no more. Instead, under the whipped cream, three small strips of pears... We will not return to this restaurant, the pleasure has been spoiled.
