As we were passing through Pamiers to buy a car, we were looking for a small brasserie not far from the point of sale. This brasserie brings together all the elements to have a good time. Copious plates. Excellent meat. Top notch service. We highly recommend.

08/04/2025: Excellent little restaurant specializing in Breton pancakes/crêpes. We are always very well received there. Traditional cuisine, fresh and quality products, and everything is homemade. The value for money is really good. I go there frequently when I'm passing through Pamiers and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend.
