What a find! A great selection of board games, rule explanations from the staff if needed, a reasonably priced drinks menu, quality cocktails, homemade food designed for everyone (gluten-free bread options for platters and croque monsieur), all served in a friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

If you'd like to spend a fun evening with friends or colleagues, feel free to come in! If you're in a large group, advance booking is required. There's a large outdoor terrace for playing games in the open air (well, okay, if it's raining... not ideal 😃🌧). Have fun!

A warm and super relaxing atmosphere

We had a fantastic time as a family at Avenjoueurs HQ! The atmosphere is cozy, and the owner is incredibly friendly. He welcomed us even though we were a large group and personally came to chat with us and take our order—honestly, we couldn't complain! Positive points: the games are really high quality, very varied, and unlimited, sure to please both young and old. The atmosphere is very relaxed, a little noisy but not really bothersome. You can even draw on the windows, which the kids loved! 😁 As for the food, the chicken is halal. The owner emphasized that his HQ was designed to be inclusive, which is very nice! Negative points: the food is definitely the biggest drawback and needs improvement… I ordered salmon pasta, and let's just say the upside was that it reminded me of my student days 😅 two small slices of salmon on very dry pasta. We had to ask for more crème fraîche, which the waitress kindly agreed to add. Otherwise, the crepe was decent, the croque monsieur was pretty good, even if it was a classic version, and the iced tea was a bit bland. But I understand that the aim is more to be a board game bar than a full-fledged restaurant, so this is just a comment to help improve the already excellent service in other areas 😉 In any case, don't hesitate if you're in Rouen; it's an excellent place to spend a lovely evening with family!

The atmosphere is incredible! The meals are hearty and delicious, especially the "Crocs Guêpes" (a type of sandwich). The manager is passionate and explains the games really well; he's patient and clear. This is my sixth time here, and I'll definitely be back! By the way, remember to book in advance; it's often very popular. 🥰
