We went to eat here, I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon in a maxi best-of pack, and the size of my burger was ridiculous, three times smaller than the 280. Aside from this experience and the abnormally long wait, this place isn't so bad…

It's very expensive for a fish menu, and the size of the fish (the so-called burger) has shrunk, all for almost €10! I won't go again. I'll only go when the advert starts again at €5 for the menu; at least then it'll be worth it... There wasn't enough room for everyone in the restaurant.

I'm surprised to see such a lack of teamwork among the employees at this McDonald's, unlike many others. In particular, I saw a young waitress working alone upstairs, doing everything. She had to be everywhere at once and also make necessary trips back and forth to the ground floor despite the existing meal elevator. This poses a very high risk of falls on the stairs for the staff. Having several employees downstairs but only one upstairs is unprofessional on the part of the managers of this Rouen fast-food restaurant. Please review your organization. The young waitress did demonstrate professionalism, and another employee did come to collect the empty trays.
