Le Quai sur Miribel

Very nice surprise! It’s not your typical french restaurant.

Owner of the Petit Casset hotel, in La Boisse, not far from Miribel, I had the opportunity to have lunch/dinner on multiple occasions and especially to send clients. Satisfaction is unanimous in terms of the quality of the food, the wines, and the service. In summer, a beautiful, recently redone outdoor terrace is very pleasant.

Impeccable and friendly service. Wearing a uniform for servers adds to the refinement of the cuisine with finesse and originality. I'm not usually a fan of pâté en croute; but I had to try this vice-world champion. A treat with rabbit and foie gras. All in finesse! I also revised my judgment on citrus fruits, which I only consume in orange juice; What a treat this citrus desert delight is! As for the roasted lote medallion, my wife enjoyed it. And I did the same with the confit veal chuck that I had chosen for its kidney and veal sweetbreads. We will have to further explore the treasures of this restaurant. An address to save in places to frequent 🙂

Very good surprise I regret not having gone there before!!! Beautiful products, a well-stocked wine cellar even if little organic or natural wine. You can feel a real chef in charge. It comes out good, clean, hot, well seasoned. We'll come back!

Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the service, the setting and of course the very tasty dishes. To recommend with eyes closed.

The place is very pretty, the staff professional and the dishes always good. The menu is unique, lunch and dinner.
