Le Quillosque sur Clermont-Ferrand

Great simple food, great moment. good service (but a bit long) Enjoyed all the vine.

Entering Saint Eutrope is clearly entering an intimate and thoughtful universe. A remarkable, rare welcome, which serves a personal decoration which has the good taste of household disorder without it being messy. In the kitchen, the desire to merge worlds, particularly Asia/France, is a good idea. It’s fashionable but in reality it’s fun. Now regarding the dishes, some inequalities sometimes affected my meal. In this case, a broth that is a little too acidic, a little too spicy, which overwhelms everything a little in the imitation ramen which therefore loses its comfort, and everything that we expect from a good broth. The starter a bit the same.. If I'm talking about inequality it's because the dishes of the person with whom I shared the moment were better. So I still remain positive in general but given the prices I expect more accuracy and balance in the kitchen. Since the atmosphere is up there, I would happily come back and try it :)

Cuisine the way I like it and a very nice selection of wine in a pretty decor. I will come back to talk a little more with the team who were unfortunately a little too busy when we came!

best experience I've had with a restaurant: the service was excellent, everyone was incredibly friendly and all the dishes were delicious and unique. the wine and cocktails are also excellent, no complaints I recommend

During our visit to Clermont Ferrand, we enjoyed a delicious dinner in this establishment. We both enjoyed the scallop starter with a subtle and delicate sauce. The goulash was perfect for a cold, windy day and the clam pasta particularly delicious. The lemon and ricotta tart is perhaps the best I have ever tasted! The waitress was welcoming and friendly, but we were a little disconcerted that she didn't offer a wine list or explain white wine options by the glass, but instead arrived with a bottle and we Served two glasses without allowing us to taste it. My husband didn't find it to his liking; she offered him another choice and let him taste it first. She also explained to us the red wine possibilities. Overall, a nice evening at a quaint and popular restaurant. We loved the decor with its mural!

A small restaurant to discover urgently. Excellent cuisine with Asian influences, top service and friendly waitresses. We also tried a theme evening the previous week: it felt like home!

Spontaneous cooking, just the right seasonings, controlled cooking, friendly and cheerful service. Natural wines at the top, Mr. Lester's suite is largely assured and renewed!

a great discovery in Clermont! the setting is warm, the welcome smiling and the dishes... really delicious, fragrant (the duck and its broth wow), perfectly cooked (the stew: triple yum!) and the portions are generous. Really good, top-level bistronomy just the way we like it! Well done and thank you!
