Not very expensive food but the quantities are very small and really not very good... So the price becomes expensive for what it is. Even the kids were still hungry when they grabbed an adult burger.
A superb surprise!
Came in August randomly on a concert evening. Great atmosphere! Nice staff. The burgers and the dish of the day (pork ribs) were really hearty and very good. I recommend!
If this is a snack bar I have been mis-sold at other venues. The food is superb. I called in for lunch expecting the usual snack bar fair. However I was treated to a fantastic Italian Salad quality ingredients freshly prepared for our enjoyment. Looking around we could see amazing seafood kebabs I could see in the kitchen while be prepared and the chef was deliberating which was the best way to lay the kebab on the plate. A fine steak was personally carved at the table by the friendly chatty host.
The venue has a range of beers to savour and the service was friendly and helpful. You are sitting outside under awnings and the furniture is how you may expect a snack bar to look. But as said don’t be fooled the food was fantastic. The site is by the river and a lake so you can take a stroll and a dip if you want to add to the experience.
