A very good lunch at Le Rallye Gourmand in Luxeuil-les-Bains, enjoyed at a large table on a Saturday, with a set menu of starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. All the dishes were very generous, perhaps even too much so, which will delight those with hearty appetites. The starter, a Comté cheese salad, was particularly successful: generous, flavorful, and with a distinctly regional character. For our main course, we had sliced ​​chicken with Comté cheese: good overall, although it could have used a little more sauce to make it more flavorful. The fries were very good, crispy, and well-prepared. The raspberry mousse dessert was lighter in flavor but served in a generous portion, making for a pleasant end to the meal. The service was efficient, with good management of the large table and smooth service. In short, a good, friendly, and generous restaurant in Luxeuil-les-Bains, ideal for a hearty meal with a group, offering excellent value for money.
