A family-run hotel and restaurant with all the amenities you'd expect, it was exactly what we were hoping for, even better: a comfortable room, a simple but good menu with homemade cuisine (including vegetarian options), and a friendly welcome without being overbearing or obsequious. The mountain views were stunning, especially at sunset, and the sunny outdoor terrace was truly lovely. There was also a secure garage where we could store and recharge our bikes. We were even able to leave our panniers there while we cycled the Authion loop! I struggle to understand the negative reviews; if you're looking for luxury, stay on the coast... In short, we have absolutely no regrets about spending the night there.

A wonderful time with genuine and friendly people. If you're looking for something fancy, this isn't the place for you. But if you want a simple and unpretentious experience, then this is the place for you. The restaurant was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Louisa and Jean-Paul, thank you for your hospitality. See you soon!

Jean-Paul and Louisa welcomed us warmly and kindly to their chalet. The setting was completely natural, the rooms simple yet spotless, and the dinner was just like home cooking with delicious dishes… a stop we'll remember from our 3-week motorcycle trip! Not to mention Jean-Paul's invaluable advice, complete with his cowboy hat 🤠, without which we would never have made it to the Col de l'Authion! A highly recommended stop, authentic and just the way we like them!

Jean Paul and his wife Louisa gave us a very warm welcome, and we had a lovely evening in their company. The dinner was superb—simple yet made with high-quality ingredients. We were even offered a glass of wine. The breakfast was generous, with pastries. You just need to get used to the style of this charming couple and the unique chalet. Highly recommended. I can't speak for everyone obviously but I can say me and my friend had a very positive experience here. The food was good, room was cozy and the staff were nice (including one time I got locked out by accident). We needed some packed lunch for our hike the next day and the owner happily prepared us some large ham/cheese/salad sandwiches.

Just passing through the restaurant. Very warm welcome. Quick service, a beautiful mountain platter, and the sirloin steak was cooked to perfection. And if you have a drink, try the delicious local draft beer.

Traveling by motorcycle. Stayed one night. A double room. The rooms are clean, a bit old-fashioned, but that adds to their charm. The reception was also perfectly fine and generally very friendly. I see no negative aspects to my short stay.

I had an extremely pleasant one night stay in this cosy family run hotel. The food was delicious, the owners very friendly and the fresh croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast tip top! Thank you!

We tried the restaurant and discovered simple but delicious home-style cooking. A special mention for the ravioli gratin with foie gras and porcini mushrooms! The service was quick and friendly.

After a week of tropical nights in Nice, what a pleasure it was to finally breathe in the fresh mountain air and sleep in the cool air of a welcoming place. The room was very nice with a small balcony perfect for enjoying the first rays of sunshine. The view overlooked the mountain pass and the pine forest. Dinner and breakfast were good. Highly recommended for escaping the heatwave.

26/05/2026: Delicious café and friendly service; I was able to charge my power bank.
09/04/2026: Passing through Turini, we made a quick stop at the Hôtel Restaurant des 3 Vallées for a drink and to enjoy the rally museum. The drink quickly turned into a meal, as the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A truly wonderful time in this legendary place. Thank you to them!

03/05/2026: ​It was a really nice stay after fulfilling the dream about climbing up the Col De Turini on the car. Owner is really friendly, easy to talk to and has no problem with english speakers. The hotel has some history and the special taste in decorations is something that makes this hotel special. Staircase is full of Rally posters and restaurant is full of pinball tables with some nostalgic souvenirs. It was a cozy stay, as a fan of rally, i was really happy. Rooms were big and clean, balcony was big with nice view and the breakfast were made with love. We will be back someday!:)
22/03/2026: Michel gave me a very warm welcome. He immediately handled a slightly complicated situation, as I arrived early despite having booked only 15 minutes beforehand. He gave me the key, showed me the room, and even took the time to set up the television! The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere at dinner was wonderful, and what can I say about the homemade dishes, prepared with seasonal vegetables straight from Italy… A real treat! The food was delicious. The decor is incredible, and the service was just as good: I felt right at home. I wanted to thank you, as it had been a very trying day for me, and you really cheered me up! Passing through on a cycling trip, it was a real pleasure to meet you and chat. I even learned a new expression! So, we can conclude that this hotel is fantastic!! I highly recommend it and, of course, I'll be back!
