Great discovery for this restaurant, everything was good to do again

What a joy to see an establishment run by the same manager for at least 3 decades!! 27 years ago I did my hospitality internships in this magnificent place, and I have always wanted to return there as a tourist. The menu is very well thought out, daily menu more than affordable, fresh and quality products. The service and welcome was impeccable. I really couldn't wait to go back, I really wasn't disappointed, I found the same quality as 30 years ago... Well, I can't wait to come back even more since I now live next door, thank you again for everything!!!

I came to the rack as part of a seminar, the super large rooms, very nice welcome, breakfast from the caring ladies who took care of the lunch meal from the starter to the exquisite dessert. We were treated to homemade cookies straight from the oven with delicious melting chocolate. I contacted the two caring ladies in order to be able to come and organize a birthday party. Thank you for this lovely welcome. The place is magnificent. I haven't personally tested the hotel rooms and my colleagues informed me that it was great.

Birthday meal on a Sunday lunchtime with the family! Very good food... served by nice ladies who gave us a warm welcome and took care of them throughout the meal! Also very appreciated were the coloring drawings given to our grandchildren who were kept busy and had a lot of fun! Their meal is well suited to their very young age! We will come back... I recommend!

Refined and tasty cuisine, very well presented, an excellent taste experience. Surprising starters, I was won over by the twirling mushrooms (very good and very pretty) and my wife by the Roquefort fritters (special mention for the small pears that accompany), the excellent main course (simmered beef cheek) with several well-worked small vegetables, original dessert (carambar crème brulée accompanied by lots of other little elements all very good, chocolate fondant accompanied by a wonderful blood orange sorbet) and lots of flavors. All accompanied by a small organic local wine of very good quality at a reasonable price. Kindness of the staff. All this would have deserved 5 stars, but it is better to know where you are going when you arrive, no one at the entrance and you have to go into the building to find someone, fortunately I knew the place, and The less visible parts are lacking a bit of freshening up (the toilets with heavily peeled wallpaper), which is a shame because everything else is perfect.

Nous avons juste déjeuné dans cet établissement donc nous ne pouvons évaluer l'hôtellerie. En ce qui concerne la restauration, l'appréhension de la cuisine est quelque peu déroutante car même si les plats sont bien réalisés, la carte ne correspond pas au terrain si on peut dire. En effet une salade Thaï et un burger frites ne sont pas vraiment des plats typiques du sud-ouest qu'on s'attend a déguster dans cet endroit vraiment très typé. Endroit magnifique d'ailleurs, perdu en pleine forêt avec club hippique attenant donc vraiment très bucolique d'où cette incompréhension ou plutôt ce décalage. Après, les plats sont coûteux et le service très sympathique et assez rapide. Les tarifs (déjeuner) sont quand même un peu élevés. Testez par vous même !

Pourtant du coin, je n'avais jamais eu l'occasion d'aller manger au Ratelier. Belle découverte, le cadre est chaleureux, briquettes, bois, authentique. Le service tres agréable, nous avons était par une dame charmante, agréable et souriante. La cuisine un vrai délice, gustativement et visuellement. Tres fin et tres bon. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
