We ate so well that we went back the very next day. 😍 Everything was delicious: the gravlax salmon, the cordon bleu, the duck, and the duck breast… a real treat! But a special mention goes to the gravlax salmon, which was simply exceptional: a very generous portion, high-quality ingredients, and an incredible flavor. I highly recommend it to everyone; you absolutely must try it! The service was very pleasant, the portions are generous, and the prices are quite reasonable. In short, 5 stars well deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. A superb discovery, and a place we recommend without hesitation!

If you see a light on, stop! Located in the heart of the village of Roquebillière, this little restaurant has all the hallmarks of a great place. Not only is the staff friendly and welcoming, but the food lives up to expectations. Classic dishes, expertly prepared and cooked with care—kudos to the chef and their talent! Clean premises... In short, if you're in the area, don't hesitate! You won't regret the bill (it's not even expensive 😉).

We went to Le Rev Vésubien twice in August; the staff are professional and friendly, and the value for money is unbeatable. We especially loved the gravlax salmon, the beef stew, and the homemade gnocchi.

A very warm welcome, friendly and responsive staff despite the crowd. We ate inside with well-regulated air conditioning, so it wasn't too hot, but not freezing either 👍🏻. The St. Germain spritz and beer were delicious. The bread was excellent too! We chose two set menus at €32 each: very generous portions for a Metz meal. Beautifully presented, everything was tasty. An interesting and original menu featuring local specialties and products. We'll gladly return.

If you're taking a trip to the Vésubie Valley, this restaurant is a must-visit and, in my opinion, the best in the valley. Unbeatable value for money. Top-notch service. Original daily specials. I can't wait to go back.
