Yes it is cheesy. Yes it is full of tourists. Yes it is still worth a visit. Surprisingly good fondue, still very good value for money, and the memories of visiting with the kids when they were young - priceless!

Honestly, everything was going pretty well. Nice food and atmosphere (maybe the food is a bit of a tourist trap). The problem came when we asked the waitress for another basket of bread, she approached another table and served us the one they had left over. A detail that we did not like very much, since it is not very pleasant to be served leftovers from another table. Even so, the waiter (we think his name is Axel) has done everything possible to make us feel at ease. I don't think we will repeat the visit, unfortunately

Excellent experience! We came by chance while looking for a restaurant with my partner and we loved the moment. Several hours of fun with the team, generosity and kindness to the fullest. It was my first Savoyard fondue, I neither got sick from the cheese nor from the wine. It was terrible. Finally, the digestive (well the…) which rounded off this superb atmosphere. We had a blast. Thank you, we’ll be back as soon as we return to the capital 👍

Jam packed with young people enjoying the experience of fondue, a cooking method which was popular in the 1970s. Loud but friendly. Don't even think of going without a reservation.

Charming and fun place. Ideal for an evening with friends. Friendly staff and very attentive to customer requests. They were very understanding in our requests regarding allergies. Advised!

So fun! And the servers were so friendly and super accommodating . The baby bottles were hilarious and such a fun way to grab a drink with friends. Wouldn’t recommend coming here with a dietary restriction though because its a set menu. Otherwise, definitely go here with friends!

With all the hype on social media, this place could use the cheapest of everything and try and easily con you out of more money, but they know what they’re doing and they do it really well! The cheese fondue is beautiful and you can tell that the cheese is great quality. Next time, we’d get the beef for a little more variety, but this was our first time having fondue in a restaurant and it was great. The desserts were also very good, light but flavourful and clearly homemade. You can get a refill on your wine for €6 which we thought was great value (again, they could easily charge you €10-15!). We went on a Saturday for the second sitting and was a mix of nationalities and ages dining. There was a great atmosphere but it was verrrrry loud and busy, so avoid if that’s not your thing. The staff are all great and all speak excellent English. The service was excellent, which is very difficult given how packed (and rowdy!) the restaurant was. I felt a bit sorry for the staff at times as their job was not easy, particularly as people finished their wine… I think customers should remember that this is still an established restaurant and not just an Instagram opportunity (though it is a great Instagram opportunity too). Overall, a fabulous experience. Would recommend if you want something fun, great value and memorable in Paris!
